Q. How do I let you know the characters I would like for my order.
After you have purchased you order please send an email along with your order number to jjsprinting.service@gmail.com
Q. When will my order be dispatched.
All iron on lettering orders are dispatched within 3 working days. If your order is a customised item the 3 working days only apply after we have received a message with the text you would like. For embroidery and screen printing please see the items description for time scale.

Q Do you delivery your products outside the UK
At the moment we only post to a UK address.
